Lock-Free Producer / Consumer Queue
The lock-free producer / consumer queue offers a best-performance queue
for execution scenarios in which one thread produces and a second thread
consumes data. The queue can be used in either blocking or non-blocking
scenarios whereby the producer may optionally block when full, and the
consuming thread may block until data is available.

allocator for execution scenarios in which a fixed number of uniformly
sized resources are to be allocated and de-allocated with as little
